Complete RTA Cabinet Systems Units – Ready to assemble cabinets come with all pre-machined parts, drawer slides, shelf supports and doors needed to build a complete cabinet. Blum soft close overlay hinges and drawer slides are preconfigured with every cabinet.

    • Eco-Plywood: Made from sustainable sources, offering strength and durability with an environmentally responsible footprint.

    • Advanced MDF: Engineered for a smooth finish and exceptional versatility, perfect for detailed designs.

    • Composite Wood lends: Enhanced with structural resins for increased resistance to moisture and warping, ideal for humid environments.

    • Cabinet box construction will be 3⁄4” plywoods (sides/backs/bottom) or MDF as chosen.

    • All cabinets are constructed using the Lockdowel system which pass all ANSI/BIFMA or AWI Standards.

    • The H-Clip fastening system consists of two main components: the Barbed H-Clip and Spring Pin. The H-Clip works with panel thickness ranging from 5/8″ to 3/4″.

    • Simplicity in design, the h-clip snaps on firmly inside the keyhole slot. A base cabinet can be assembled in 2 minutes, and a drawer box in 30 seconds.

    • Together, each H-Clip joint provides over 100 lbs of pull force and once assembled, no fasteners are visible. Each H-Clip joint also include an 8 mm spring pin to provide over 700 lbs of sheer strength.
